Two Features — Group Lists and Broadcast — enable a single voice mail message
to be sent to many subscribers at one time, without entering each extension. The
Group Lists feature can be used by any subscriber, but only you, the System
Administrator, can use the Broadcast feature.
A Group List consists of any number of extensions assigned to a single group. Each
Group List is assigned a number. When a subscriber enters a Group List number,
rather than an extension number, and sends a message, the message is sent to all
of the subscriber mailboxes contained in the Group List. Subscribers can be
members of several different groups. You can program up to 99 Group Lists.
The Broadcast feature enables you, the System Administrator, to send a message to
all subscribers at one time.
