Administering Group Lists
Creating and maintaining the Group Lists is your responsibility as System
Administrator. Be sure to keep all of the subscribers informed about changes to the
extensions included in the Group Lists, so that they can make maximum use of this
feature.
Scanning a Group List
This option enables you to verify the contents of a group list (form 9) by playing the
list number and the number of subscribers in the list.

Access the Administration Main Menu as described in an earlier section.
The system plays the system programming options.
Press [

] to program Group Lists.
The Group List Administration Menu plays.
Press [

] to Scan Group Lists.
The first Group List number plays followed by the number of subscribers in
the list.
Select an option:
