— If no owner has been assigned, the system prompts you to enter the
owner’s extension number.

The system plays the line number, and the owner’s name (or extension
number if the subscriber's name was not recorded).

Modify Line Ownership
Use this procedure to change the ownership of a CO line. Update Form 10 to show
changes to Line Ownership.
1.
Access the Administration Main Menu as described in an earlier section.
The system plays the system programming options.
2.

] to program Line Ownership.
The Line Ownership Administration Menu plays.
3.
Press [

] to modify line ownership.
The system prompts you to enter the CO line number.
4.
Enter the CO line number (1 through 24) followed by [

].
The system plays the CO line number, the line owner’s name, (or the
extension if no name was recorded), ands prompt you to enter a new mailbox
number.
5.
Enter the MAILBOX (extension) of line owner.
If the mailbox number is valid, the system plays the CO line number, the line
owner’s name (or the extension number if no name was recorded).
6.
Press [
