PROBLEM: System terminates recording of name, greeting, or message before a
subscriber finishes.

PROBLEM: Message light will not turn ON or OFF.
Possible Cause
It takes about 30 seconds for the
system to turn the Iight ON or OFF. If
there is heavy call traffic, it may take
slightly longer.
The message light remains lit until all
messages are removed from the
Mailbox, unless you turn it OFF.
The message light may be indicating
that there is a message in the Trouble
Mailbox or the General Mailbox, or that
an operator message or a fax has
arrived.
Corrective Action
Wait a minute or two.
Remove messages from the Mailbox.
Check the General Mailbox and the
Trouble Mailbox for any messages.
