NOTE:

FPB Mode 2 does not require an LIU in LIU-B slot. FPD
requires a TCU in LIU-B slot.

Install DS1 LIU in LIU-B slot in facility shelf after making option,
equalizer, and transmit pad settings for FPA, FPB Mode 1, FPC,
or FPC-AutoCut, or FPF.

16. If equipping shelves CD in the dual bank assembly, continue with

Step 17. Otherwise, proceed to Step 23.

17. Install (if not previously installed) 3-type protectors in protector

panel for shelf group(s) being equipped.

18. Install PCU in CD shelf.
