The WaveLAN Parameter menu includes two types of parameters:
■
Basic WaveLAN Parameters, which should be set for each
WaveLAN/EC-S device.
■
Advanced WaveLAN Parameters, which only require
modification in special situations, or for specific purposes.

Basic WaveLAN Parameters

The Basic WaveLAN parameters identify the unique identifiers of
your WaveLAN/EC-S device and the network to which it should be
connected. To view or modify these parameters:
1.
Start the built-in configurator as described on the previous
pages.
2.
From the Main Menu, select the item “Edit configuration” to
open the Edit Menu pictured in Figure 4-3 above.
