Working surface is too small,

of a gap (not suitable for
spreading)
Tips get a safe grip.
Work with the tips only.
Do not damage the tool
arms!

Every effort should be made to fully engage the width of the tip during a spreading / lifting
maneuver (see picture below).
Failure to do so, could result in debris flying.
