We recommend sending the machine to us if there are any problems.
7.1
Oil Change
You require the oil set 790083 A (Accessories to Special Order) for this.
Follow the sequence given below when changing the oil:
1.
Undo the tension nut 315189 with the face spanner 828832 (right-hand thread) and remove
the chucking flange 315188.
2.
Press the pusher at the angle head and pull the locking pin 3151821 out of the angle head
housing.
3.
Remove the guard 315191.
Warning
Lay the machine down on the work surface with the
spindle side upwards
before
you remove the threaded pin 315218, otherwise oil will leak out!
4.
Remove the threaded pin 315218 (right-hand thread).
5.
Remove the 4 cylinder head bolts 801189 from the flange 3151901 (right-hand thread) and
pull the flange and the spindle 315095, etc. out of the housing 3150965.
6.
Lay the machine down at an angle of 45° for around 2 minutes so that the oil can collect.
7.
Suck out the oil with a suitable syringe (min. filling volume 10 ml).
8.
Thoroughly clean the disc magnet 802697 with a dry cloth.
Filling with oil:
Fill with new oil (Klüber Summit HYSYN FG46).
IMPORTANT
Amount of oil:
Only fill up with as much new oil as the amount of old oil that was sucked out!
Assemble the angle grinder again (as described in section
Disassembly –
Assembly
) and carry out a
test run.
