1. This product s free service warranty period is for one year from the purchase date.
2. This product is manufactured through strict and accurate quality control and inspection processes.
3. This user s manual is the warranty which won t be reissued. Therefore, please keep the manual
carefully.
4. If the product for repair is defined to be a chargeable service to the customer will be serviced with
the cost charged to the customer regardless of the warranty status.
5. If the failure is occurred during the user s normal product operation within the warranty period, the
repair service will be provided by QRONTECH s Customer Support Center for free of charge.
6. The warranty should be submitted for the repair request.

- If the product needs the service, please submit a simple description to QRONTECH s Customer
Support Center or LUKAS website s Service Inquiry for fast and accurate service.
- During the service, depending on the situation, the product s data may be needed to be
deleted. Therefore, the important data should be backed up prior to the shipping to the customer
service. Please note that QRONTECH will not responsible for the data loss or delete.
Different Warranty Period is applied to accessories.
The cost for installation or removal or the product and the accessories is not under QRONTECH s
responsibility.
The warranty for the SD memory card is for 6 months after the purchase.
