Troubleshooting
In the event that your LUMIA Experto device is not
working and prior to contac

the following precau

Make sure you have removed the device’s
protec

ve cover before use.
2.
Make sure the ba

ery is fully charged before
use.
3.
Make sure the detachable head is connected to
the device properly.
4.
Make sure power bu

on was pressed.
5.
Make sure you have applied the LUMIA
RF gel according to the instruc
�
ons above.
The LUMIA device will not work properly if RF
gel is not applied.
