INSTALLING THE BATTERIES:

Your night vision unit operates on two 1.5V LR1 type batteries,
also known as N-size batteries.  Batteries are included with the
unit, so once you’ve used up their power supply please bring
them to a local Radio-Shack or a similar store for a replacement.

To install the batteries, unscrew the battery compartment cover,
located in the back of the unit (in the middle of the two barrels)
and install two batteries according to the diagram shown on the
body of the monocular inserting the positive (+) end first.  Once
two batteries are inside, replace the cover.

USING THE UNIT AS A HANDS-FREE GOGGLES
SYSTEM:

Your night vision binocular can be used on a head-mask,
providing hands-free operation.  Mounting is easy and
convenient:

1.

Slide out the cover from the top of the binocular (this
cover is located directly at the top of the unit, closer to
the oculars) – the rail pathway will be exposed

2.

Slide in the rail of the head-mask into the pathway.

3.

Tighten the wheel of the release mechanism
(Please note that toy may not need to slide the rail all
the way into the pathway – make sure that the distance
between the binocular eyecups and your eyes is
comfortable – if it is not, loosen the release system
wheel and while pressing the release button, slide the
unit inward or outward until your eyes are comfortably
positioned next to the eyecups)

4.

When goggles are not needed, you may conveniently
flip-up the entire binocular by pressing the flip-up button
(5) with your index finger while grasping onto the body
of the binocular with the rest of the hand and pulling the
body upwards.  Repeat the procedure in reverse way to
flip the binocular down

5.

To completely remove the binocular from the head-
mask, loosen the release wheel and while pressing onto
the release button, slide the unit outward
