Clutch Overload
This machine is furnished with Clutch Overload pro-
tection device. When it’s loaded over or the slide (Part
#538) touch Stopping plate , this device will work and
stop the feeding of the cutter. Clutch overload protec-
tion device can adjust and rotate, The Adj. Nut can
adjust the torch of the overload. See Figure 22. The
Adj. Nut to bed side rotation to increase torque, out-
ward to reduce the torque, please use the accessories
of the two root Adjustment Lever to adjust.
Stopping Plate can move along the bed to protect the
machine at any required spot.
Stopping Plate can make Carriage repeat stop where-
ver you want.

SECTION 5: MAINTENANCE
Lubrication
Your lathe has numerous moving metal-to-metal con-
tacts that require proper lubrication to help ensure ef-
ficient and long-lasting operation.
Other than the lubrication points covered in this sec-
tion, all other bearings are internally lubricated and
sealed at the factory. Simply leave them alone unless
they need to be replaced.
Before adding lubricant, clean away any debris and
grime from the lubrication point to avoid contamina-
ting the lubricant and increasing wear of the moving
parts.
