Attention: At warning message „excessive temperature at unit heat
sink“ the connected device must be separated from the
mains, because an overvoltage of the mains leads to an
overload of the braking resistor. Please integrate one of the
digital outputs into your control concept, e.g. set OSDxx to
ERRW (Warning heat sink temperature of device).

Bulk customers
For details of how to load the data
set into the CDD3000-HF drive
controller refer to section 4.2.

Choose one of the preset solutions.

Wire the control terminals with
shielded wires.
Only the ENPO signal is essential.
Ground the shields over a wide
area at both ends.
Wire cross-section maximum
1.5 mm² or two cores per terminal
each 0.5 mm²

Keep all contacts open
(inputs inactive).

Check all connections again!
Continue with commissioning in
section 4.
Note the following points:
•
Always wire the control terminals with shielded cables.
•
Lay the control cables separately from the mains lead and motor
cable.
