– Undo the tensioning screw (29) clockwise
(Caution! left-hand thread!)
– Carefully pull off the clamping flange (30)
and saw blade (31).

– If necessary, clean all parts to be assem-
bled before installation.

– Installation in reverse order.
Changing the batteries
– Open the battery compartment (14) and
insert the batteries.
Please make sure
the polarity is correct!
– Close the battery compartment.

Transportation lock
– Press the unlock push buton (19) and
keep it pressed.
– Slowly guide the tool arm downwards.
– Push in the safety bolts (18).
Transport
– When transporting the power tool, use
only the transport devices and never use
the protective devices.
– Dismantle any components that protrude
from the product.
– Use the original packaging to ship when-
ever possible.
Troubleshooting
If something doesn’t work…
Malfunctions are often caused by minor
faults. You can easily remedy most of these
yourself. Please consult the following table
before contacting the vendor. You will save
yourself a lot of trouble and possibly money
too.

ened too tight.

It is imperative to observe the rota-
tional direction of the saw blade and
clamping flange when fitting!
When fitting, make sure that the saw
blade is positioned correctly on the
motor shaft.

unit!
Remove the batteries when the
device is not in use.

Store the
product so that it cannot be started
up by unauthorised persons. Ensure
that nobody can injure themselves
on the product while it is stationary.

Do not store the product unprotected
in a humid environment.

product functioning unsafely. This
endangers yourself and your envi-
ronment.

Safety bolts pushed in?
Pull out the safety bolts.
