CAUTION
Risk of damage to optical components within the AOM module
The coolant pressure within the AOM module must not exceed 3bar. Higher pressures may
cause leakage within the module resulting in irreversible damage to optical components.
An inline pressure regulator, set to 3bar, is supplied with the system and must be fitted to the
coolant inlet pipe as shown in the following figure. The pressure regulator is directional and must be
fitted with the arrow in the same sense as the coolant flow (pointing toward the inlet connector).
