Switching on/off 

Slide the power switch (C) forwards to turn on the unit.  The LED lights on the underside will illuminate and 
an image will appear on the screen.  Place the unit over the item you want to magnify with the screen 
centred over the area of interest.  You will need to raise or lower the unit to find the sharpest focus.   

 
Magnification 

 

Repeatedly pressing the 

 button (D) will cycle through the three levels of magnification.  You can choose 

the level that best suits you for the size text you are viewing. 
 

Image mode  

Repeatedly pressing the 

 button (E) will cycle between the various image modes: full-colour, white-on-

black and black-on-white and artificial-colour.  You should choose the mode that gives you the best image 
for what you are viewing. 
 
The MagniLink Visus will re-use your last magnification, image mode and focus settings when next 
powered on.
