This wheelset is warranted for a period of 1 year from the
date of purchase against any physical failure or breakage
from fatigue or poor workmanship. Wear and tear items
are not warranted; these items should be replaced during
servicing.
The warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replace-
ment of the defective part at Lyne Components’ option
and is the sole remedy of the warranty.
The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not
transferable. Proof of purchase is required to validate
warranty eligibility.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
routine maintenance, improper installation or improper
use of the wheelset, please refer to the ‘Intended Use’
section if unclear about this.
Modification of the wheelset in any manner will void the
warranty. Lyne Components will not be responsible for
incidental or individual costs incurred that are not covered
by this warranty.
The user assumes the risk of any personal injury or
property damage, including damage to the wheelset and
any other losses.
Routine maintenance will increase the lifespan of the
wheelset. Before and after every ride the wheelset should
be cleaned. Do not use high pressure washers for
cleaning, this will remove the grease from the hubs and
cause damage. Ensure that all mud and debris has been
removed during washing so that nothing gets in the way
of the wheelset during operation. Check your wheels for
damage before and after every ride. Check your wheels
for loose spokes before and after every ride. If spokes are
loose, do not simply tighten them, take your wheel to a
qualified mechanic for spoke tensioning. Tensioning
spokes unequally could damage your wheels. Do not
attempt any maintenance on your wheels unless you are a
skilled and experienced mechanic.
