To initiate the Diagnostic Mode, the device must be rebooted. After the reboot sequence is
finished, the device will enter the Diagnostic Mode.
Initiate Diagnostic Mode
To initiate the Diagnostic Mode on the ER-SV2 device, you must first reboot the device. To
reboot the ER-SV2 device, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold either of the blue manual record buttons
on the Window Unit until the 3 center LED status lights
turn blue (hold for about 30 seconds). After they light up,
let go of the button.
2. Immediately press and hold the manual record button
again for up to 45 more seconds until all 7 LED status
lights turn blue. After they light up, let go of the button.
At this point, the ER-SV2 will begin rebooting.
LED Status Light Sequence: Reboot
1. As the device shuts down, all LED status lights will shut
off.
2. As it starts back up, the center LED status light will turn
green.
