yellow lead.
Note: “Ignition Sense” feature must be enabled before use
(see Page 29 for details).
6. Install the Speakers in convenient locations near the Radio Unit and
Auxiliary Control Unit. For special Front/Remote Mount configurations
that require both speakers to operate simultaneously (parallel audio), refer
to the configuration-specific parallel audio installation instructions in
Step 6.a. For typical speaker installation proceed to Step 7.

Parallel Audio Installation – Front/Remote Mount
In special configurations that require both speakers to operate at
the same time (simultaneous audio), install the speakers for
parallel audio operation.
Refer to Figure 11-7 for the Parallel Audio Setup Installation.
Perform the following steps to install parallel audio speakers:

Use the two 8

speakers, part number LS-102824-005,
in place of the two 4

speakers, part number
LS102824V1.
B.
Hardwire each speaker directly (without relays) as shown
in Figure 11-6.
NOTE
It is very important to use the correct speakers for this
application. Wiring 4

speakers in this configuration can
cause damage to the radio.
