Maintenance
Preventative maintenance is a daily responsibility. The
following charts provide a checklist of areas that should
be inspected on a regular schedule.

Inspect all hydraulic lines for
evidence of leaking, loose fittings,
and frayed or damaged hoses.

Check hydraulic cylinders for
broken or loose parts, especially
cotter pins on the hydraulic
cylinders.

Check the hydraulic oil level. The
Plus+1® will display an alarm if
the level becomes low. A sight
gauge is located on the side of the
reservoir for this purpose. Add fluid
as necessary.

Visually inspect that all access
doors and panels are secured in
place.
X
Visually inspect for leaks under the
vehicle.
X
Check Plus+1® for any active
alarms before operating vehicle.
Service or repair as needed.
