Dual battery self-launch with the RES is permitted with the following
limitations:

Self-launch with one HV battery is not allowed.

Approach and Landing
Approaches and landing with the RES running are approved.
NOTE:
Operation of the RES over unlandable terrain is not
approved.
NOTE:
Cloud flying with the pylon extended is not approved.
CAUTION:
Operating the RES in heavy rain is not recommended,
as it may cause damage to the propeller blades.
