FILM฀THREADING฀(CARRIAGE฀฀TYPE฀M)

Position฀a฀reel฀of฀film฀on฀the฀reel฀holder฀and฀฀fix฀it฀in฀place฀with฀the
locknut.฀(Fig.1)

Release฀the฀rubber฀roller฀brake฀raising฀the฀uncoupling฀lever.

Insert฀the฀film฀between฀the฀rolls,฀as฀shown฀on฀the฀blue฀label,฀placed
on฀the฀core฀holder฀bottom฀wall.฀(Fig.2)

Tie฀the฀film฀to฀the฀pallet฀base.฀(Fig.3)
Maximum฀reel฀diameter:฀300฀mm
Maximum฀film฀height:฀500฀mm

Eine฀Folienrolle฀auf฀den฀Halter฀schieben฀und฀mit฀der฀Nutmutter

Geben฀Sie฀den฀Bremse฀von฀gummierten฀Rollen฀frei,฀die฀den

lösenden฀Hebel฀anhebt.

dem฀blauen฀Aufkleber฀gezeigt,฀gesetzt฀auf฀die฀Grundmauer฀des

Placer฀une฀bobine฀de฀film฀sur฀le฀porte-rouleau฀et฀la฀fixer฀avec฀la
bague฀de฀serrage.฀(Fig.1)

Libérez฀le฀frein฀de฀rouleau฀caoutchoutés฀soulevant฀le฀levier
désaccouplant.
Faire฀passer฀le฀film฀entre฀les฀rouleaux฀caoutchoutés,฀comme฀montré
sur฀l’étiquette฀bleue,฀placé฀sur฀les฀fondations฀de฀support฀de฀noyau.

Attachez฀le฀film฀à฀la฀base฀de฀palette.฀(Fig.3)
Diamètre฀max฀de฀la฀bobine:฀300฀mm

Coloque฀una฀bobina฀de฀película฀en฀el฀portabobina฀y฀fíjela฀con฀la
virola฀de฀bloqueo฀(Fig.1)

Lance฀el฀freno฀del฀rodillo฀de฀goma,฀que฀levanta฀la฀palanca฀que
desacopla.
Pase฀la฀película฀por฀entre฀el฀rodillo฀de฀goma,฀según฀lo฀demostrado
en฀la฀etiqueta฀azul,฀colocado฀en฀la฀pared฀inferior฀del฀sostenedor฀de
la฀base฀(Fig.2)

Ate฀la฀película฀a฀la฀base฀del฀palé.฀(Fig.3)
Diámetro฀máximo฀de฀la฀bobina:฀฀300฀mm
Altura฀máxima฀de฀la฀película:฀500฀mm

Posizionare฀la฀bobina฀del฀film฀sul฀portarotolo฀e฀fissarla฀con฀la฀ghiera
di฀blocco.฀(Fig.1)

Sbloccare฀il฀freno฀del฀rullo฀gommato,฀sollevando฀la฀leva฀di฀sgancio.

Inserire฀il฀film฀tra฀i฀rulli฀come฀indicato฀sull’etichetta฀azzurra฀posta
sulla฀parete฀di฀fondo฀del฀portabobina.฀(Fig.2)

Legare฀il฀film฀alla฀base฀del฀bancale฀(Fig.3)
