Connecting D1X and D1XL Series Draper Header Hydraulic and Electrical Systems
The header
’
s hydraulic hose multicoupler will need to be connected to the windrower.
IMPORTANT:
To prevent contamination of the hydraulic system, use a clean rag to remove dirt and moisture from all hydraulic couplers.

1.
Push the link on latch (C) and pull handle (A) on hydraulic
hose management system (B) rearward to disengage the
arm from the latch.
2.
Move hydraulic hose management system (B) toward the
left cab-forward side of the windrower.

Approach platform (A) on the left cab-forward side of the
windrower. Ensure that the cab door is closed.
4.
Push latch (B) and pull platform (A) toward the walking
beam until it stops and the latch engages.

Connect hydraulic hose management system (A) to the
windrower by securing ball joint (B) to latch support (C) on
the windrower leg.
