Cutterbar Doors
Two doors with rubber curtains provide access to the cutterbar area.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of personal injury and machine damage, do NOT operate the machine installed and in
good condition. Objects in the path of the blades can be ejected with considerable force when the machine is started.

Curtains are attached to cutterbar doors (A), each front corner
(B), and at center (C). Keep the curtains lowered when
operating the rotary disc header.
IMPORTANT:
Replace the curtains if they become worn or damaged. For
instructions, refer to
4.4.2 Maintaining Curtains, page 84
3.4.1
Opening Cutterbar Doors
You will need to open the cutterbar doors to access the cutterbar.
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected startup of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the
key from the ignition before leaving the operator

Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.
