TROUBLESHOOTING

SYS indicator off

Make  sure  the  PoE  module  con-
nection  is  correct.  The  POE  port 
connects to the CPE, the LAN port 
with the computer

Unable  to  access  the  CPE  via  a 
WEB interface

Make  sure  that  the  IP  address 
of the PC and the CPE are in the 
same  network  segment.  Method: 
click  on  START>  RUN>  enter 
“CMD”, ping 192.168.0.254 to test 
the connectivity of the CPE. Reset 
the CPE and try again. Make sure 
that the IP address 192.168.0.254 
is not already occupied by another 
device. Check for PC or cable pro-
blems,  we  recommend  using  an 
unshielded  UTP  cable.  Clean  the 
Arp  link  from  START>  RUN> 
then write “cmd” arp -d
Delete  temporary  browser  files 
and cache.

It does not find any wireless AP

Scan  different  times.  Make  sure 
that  a  5  GHz  wireless  signal  is 
presentReset  the  CPE  and  scan 
again

The connection between CPE and 
AP  has  been  made  but  the  com-
puter does not surf the internet

Verify  that  the  IP  address  and 
DNS settings. If the IP address is 
dynamic, set the network settings 
to get automatically, if static con-
tact ISP for the correct IP address 
and DNS
