14.1 Filter Results
In the
Results
menu, the measurement and IQC results can be
filtered according to different sample information by pressing
.
The selection list for selecting according to a specific method is
called up by clicking on the
Method
entry in the filter menu.
After selecting the method, the memory contents are selected
accordingly. Different selection criteria can be applied simultane-
ously. In addition to the method, you can also select by date, for
example.
After selecting the data, this selection can also be exported.
Closing the memory deletes the filter settings.
14.2 Export from data memory
14.2.1 Export to CSV file
Via
it is possible to export the filtered data as a CSV file to an
external mass storage device. A name can be specified for the
export folder using the input keyboard. The file contained within
can be further processed in a spreadsheet program. The file name
has the format:

14.3 Delete Data Memory
Individual measured values, a selection of measured results or the
entire measured data memory can be deleted. Deletion of infor-
mation from the instrument memory is only authorized in
Open
Mode
or by the administrators in
User Mode
. Pressing
in the
memory menu followed by confirmation of the entry
Delete Re-
sults
calls up a request to delete the measurement results. If the
option
Delete selection
is chosen, the selected values are deleted.
Selecting the
Delete all
option will delete the entire measurement
result memory. The number in brackets indicates the number of
results that will be deleted. The IQC memory remains unaffected
by this action. To delete a single result, select
in the single
entry view. After confirmation of the dialogue box with
Yes
, the
measurement result is deleted irreversibly.
NOTICE
The delete function is only available in
Open Mode
or to the
administrator in
User Mode
.
