Manual
GA-60
12. Ambient temperature probes connector – allows to work with the PT500
probe.
13. Communication cable’s connector – analyser can be set and checked from a
computer. A special RS-232C cable and software are included. Software
makes working with the analyser and setting up clients and fuels data bases
easier.
4.2. Gas channel
4.2.1. Gas probe
Gas sample is collected with a gas probe (usually equipped with a temperature
sensor). Typical probe lengths are: 150mm, 300mm, 750mm, 1500mm.
4.2.2. Gas pump
GA-60
is equipped with a gas pump (efficiency – 90l/h) that provides gas sample
to the sensors. It is possible to manually switch the pump off (for example when analyser
is to work with external gas dryer equipped with its own pump, like
PGD-100
).
4.2.3. Electrochemical sensors
Electrochemical sensors are used for all oxygen measurements and sometimes
for some other gases. Oxygen sensor is calibrated with air within initial calibration.
Other sensors are only zeroed during that time.
4.2.4. NDIR sensors
Analyser can be equipped maximally with 2 NDIRs. These sensors are used for
CO
2
and CH
4
measurements.
