To drive the wheelchair, undertake the following steps:
When the arrow is indicating the direction that you wish to travel, press
the drive switch and hold for as long as you wish to continue driving in
that direction e.g. forwards.
Keep the switch pressed to keep the wheelchair moving in that direction.
While driving, diagonal options are presented.
To slightly turn towards the left release and press the switch while
diagonal option left is displayed.
Keep the switch pressed to keep travelling in the new direction, a large
diagonal arrow is displayed.
When the wheelchair is travelling in the desired direction, release the
button. The direction arrows will start to scroll.
However, “forwards” is the first arrow option, so a quick press will keep
the wheelchair moving in the required direction.
Note:
Left and Right diagonal arrows are only displayed while the
wheelchair is driving in that direction.
To access the menu functions, tap the drive switch when the menu symbol is displayed.
The menu allows you to access any power seating functions available on the chair, turn on the lights and
adjust the drive speed.
When in the menu, use the arrows to navigate around. For power seating, the left and right arrows enable you
to select the required seating function, while the up and down arrows will extend or retract actuators
When you have finished making the required adjustments, you can exit out of the menu by selecting “Drive”.
