with sweet potato
1 Peel the sweet potato and cut into 5mm cubes.
2 Pour 500ml water into the metal bowl and fit the steamer basket, add the sweet
potato; place the hake and bay leaf on top. Run the STEAM programme.
3 Serve with a pinch of paprika.
