Deletion protection
Protect images to ensure that they are not
accidentally deleted.
1. Select “Protect” function from the menu.
2. 3 options are available:
On
: Select this option to select single images to be protected using the
/
but-
tons. Select “On” for the image to set up the Deletion protection. Repeat the process
for all images to be protected.
Protect all
: Applies Deletion protection to all images.
Cancel
: Cancels the settings.
For images that are already protected, the selection of the Deletion cancels the
protection again.
Changing image size
You can decrease the size of an image and save the result as a separate photo.
The original image remains. Three image sizes are available for reformatting an image: 10 M,
6 M, VGA.
By reformatting a snapshot with format 3:2 or 16:9 you obtain an image cropped on
both sides with an aspect ratio of 4:3.
Note:
• During formatting of a SD/SDHC memory card, Deletion protection is cancelled and all images are deleted
irrespective of their Deletion protection status.
