Non-observance of the wire cross-sections can easily lead
to overheating of the cables and connection points and
cause a
dangerous cable fire
Use a higher wire cross-section in case of doubt.
4�3 Connecting the Battery

Switch off the device!
Before connecting to the battery, check that the inver-
ter is switched off
When connecting the cables to the battery, slight sparking
may occur at the battery connectors.
Do not run the cables across the housing of the device
or directly along it
Preferably use the supplied cable set.
If two sets of battery cables are supplied, both sets must also
be fitted with the appropriate wire cross-section If you want
to use your own cables, make sure they are suitably sized.
Keep the cables as short as possible and make sure that the
contact is clean and stable. Fix loose cables.
