Power On Computer

It is important to power on Magma CB1 first and then
the computer.  This allows the computer BIOS to identify and
assign resources appropriately.

Magma CB1 will be transparent to your operating system. There
is no software required for proper configuration; however your operating system
may prompt for software or drivers required for the PCI Express card installed in CB1.
Follow instructions included with your PCI Express card.

!

For Desktop or Server Installation:
Insert the Magma PCI  Host Card into an
available PCI slot in your computer.  Secure
with retaining screw.

Insert the Magma ExpressCard module into
the ExpressCard slot on your laptop computer.

           IMPORTANT: Be careful to
connect cable correctly. It may be easy
to accidentally connect the cable upside down.
