11.4.1
Segmentation of the serial data
The received serial data are clustered into data blocks separately for each channel. Each block
is finalized after a certain time or when it reaches a certain maximum size. The time is 30 to 60
ms depending on the channel. The maximum size is 49 to 80 bytes. A time stamp is assigned to
each block when it is finalized.
11.4.2
RS232 transceiver
The threshold voltages for data reception are the usual RS232-defin
ed values. A logical “1” is
recognized for input voltages smaller 0 Volts, a logical “0” for input voltages higher than 3 Volts.

UART / TTL Transceiver
You can easily switch between RS232 and TTL transceiver in the configuration via the System
Client
