Low output current at
higher current control
settings.
1. Impedance of part exceeds
the equipment capabilities.
2. Low line voltage.
3. Loose connection at bus bars
or cable joints.
4. Wrong voltage range on
current controls
5. Part is not clamped properly.
1. Check equipment output with a central conductor
(optional accessory). If equipment output is
within specifications, part cannot be tested with
this equipment.
2. Check line voltage. Correct if possible or try
another line

1. Use Extended Demag cycle on HMI.
2. Set Demag power approximately 5-10% higher
than Mag power.
Demag does not work
1. Observe PLC
1. Forward Pulse O-0 should flash on/off during
demag cycle. Reverse Pulse, O-0 and O-1,
should flash on/off during demag cycle. Contact
an Authorized Service Center.

4. Replace 3CR
PLC not operating
1. Communication Issue/check
for red fault light on the PLC.
2. Fuse 8FU blown
3. No 24VDC Power Supply,
1PS.
1. Cycle power to the unit to reset fault and enable
communication to the PLC. If fault light does not
clear, contact Magnaflux.
