Recording a Current TV Program

Turn on the TV and set it to channel 3.
(If
you need to use channel 4 instead, see the reverse
side of this Quick-Use Guide.)

Insert a tape (with a record tab) in the VCR.

If the VCR/TV light does not appear on
front of the VCR, press VCR/TV until it does.

Press SPEED to select a recording speed.

Press CH
or the Number buttons to
select a channel to record at the VCR.

Press REC to start recording.

To pause recording, press STILL/PAUSE.
To resume recording, press REC or
STILL/PAUSE again.

Press STOP to end recording.

Playing a Videotape

Turn on the TV and set it to channel 3.

Insert a tape in the VCR

The VCR will turn on
automatically if the power was off.

If play does not start, press PLAY.

Press STOP to end playback.

Press REW to rewind the tape.

Press EJECT to remove the tape.
