MAINTENANCE 

Cranks 

The cranks (1) can be loosened during riding. Regularly check that the cranks are tight. 

If you move the cranks firmly sideways, no play should be felt. Also the bottom bracket (2) must not have any play and the cranks must be easily

cranks or the bottom bracket are loose, please contact the dealer. 

The cranks are equipped with max. 35 Nm. 

Tightening: 

- Tighten the screws (3) on both sides.

NOTE 

If the cranks have already loosened, the inner quadrant is mostly knocked out. The pedal cranks, and if necessary the spindle, must then be re-tightened.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

 

 

 

 

   

 

Only dismantle the crank handle with a crank puller, never pull it out with force. 

When installing, the square bearing surfaces of crank and axle must be completely free of grease. 

Pedals 

Check regularly whether the pedals (4) are firmly screwed onto the cranks. Note that the pedals are equipped with different threads. 

Left pedal with left-hand thread; It is tightened counterclockwise. 

Right pedal with right-hand thread; It is screwed clockwise. On the pedals there is a corresponding marking near the key surface: "L" for the left side, "R"

Tighten the pedals with a 15 mm wrench.
