Replace the hydraulic fluid periodically, depending on aging, soiling and water
absorption.
•
When topping up, use fluid with the same specification only.
•
If the lift is operated permanently at an ambient temperature of < 15 °C (59 °F),
use hydraulic fluid with a lower viscosity.
•
The pressure hoses should be replaced as required, but after six years at the
latest.

1 Lower lift to bottom position.
2 Check the fluid level. The fluid level must be between the MIN and MAX marks.
3 Top up the fluid level as required. For specification and reservoir capacity: see
label on hydraulic power unit.
4 Visually check all hydraulic lines for leakage.
