period, which is prescribed by US EP

CFR Part 89, subject to provisions as set forth
hereafter
. If any covered part on your engine is defective, the part will be repaired by
(OEMs).
Owner
’s
warranty responsibilities:
As the small of
f-road engine owner
, you are responsible for the performance of the
required maintenance listed in your owner
’s
manual. (OEMs) recommends that you
retain all receipts covering maintenance on your small of
f-road engine. But (OEMs)
cannot deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or for your failure to ensure the
performan
ce of all scheduled maintenance
.
As the small of

, you should be aware, however
, that OEMs may
deny you warranty coverage if your small of
f-road engine or a part has failed due to
abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.

f-road engines as soon as a problem exists.
The
undisputed warranty repairs should be completed in a reasonable amount of time, not
