DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Do not engage tractor PTO while hooking

-

up and

unhooking driveline or while someone is standing

near the driveline. A person’s body and/or clothing

can become entangled in the driveline resulting in

serious injury or death.

OPERATOR’S RESPONIBILITY

Hazard control and accident prevention are dependent upon the awareness, concern, prudence and proper

training involved in the operation, transport, storage and maintenance of the accessory. Therefore, it is

absolutely essential that no one operates the accessory without first having read, fully understood and become

totally familiar with the operator's Manual.

OPERATION

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Always operate accessory with the tractor lights

turned on. Be extremely careful blowing snow at

night with rear bright lights on. Approaching traffic

from either direction can mistake which traffic lane

you are traveling in and your direction of travel.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Keep people and animals away from tractor and

accessory while in operation. They can become

entangled in the snowblower auger or ran over by the

tractor causing serious injuries or death.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Always disengage the PTO. and wait for PTO to

come to a complete stop before cleaning out a

plugged discharge chute. The impeller blades are

located just below the chute and will nip off fingers/

hands while unplugging the chute if turning.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Never attempt to unclog built

-

up snow from auger or

chute, make adjustments, preform maintenance or

clean the snowblower with the PTO engaged.

Rotating impeller and auger can cause serious bodily

injury or death.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Do not operate if a driveline is broken or bent. Such

drivelines can break apart while rotation at high

speeds causing serious injury or death. Never work

with an accessory until damaged drivelines are

repaired or replaced.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

All guards must be installed and in good condition at

all times during operation.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Tractor PTO shaft, gear box shaft shield and driveline

shields must be secured in place when operating the

accessory to avoid injury or death from entanglement

in driveline.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Make sure the accessory is resting on the ground

and all hydraulic pressure is relieved before

disconnecting hydraulic fittings for the accessory.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Do not lift the accessory fully up with driveline

engaged. An accessory raised too high can cause

rotating u

-

joints to break apart and throw components

at high speeds causing serious injury or death.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Do not operate and/or travel across steep inclines

where a tractor can slip or roll–over causing serious

injury or death. Consult your tractor’s manual for

acceptable inclines the tractor is capable of traveling

across.

DANGER

TO PREVENT INJURIES:

Never run gravel, crushed rock or other solid objects

through the accessory. Doing so will result in an

expensive break

-

down. The accessory is capable of

throwing solid objects at high speeds causing

property damage and injury or death to animals and

people.
