Emptying the brine register
Switch the mains fuse off.
Remove the insulation shell at the pump
assembly.
Place a container under the run-off ball
valve. Take note of the environmental
regulations in Chapter 15.1.
Remove the screw safety-cap, open the
run-off ball valve and empty down the
brine register EW-K 225.
Close the run-off ball valve. Refit the screw
safety-cap and insulation shell.
Position a visible warning notice at the
EW-S controller to indicate that the system
has been emptied down and may only be
started up again after it has been refilled.
NOTICE
The pump will be destroyed by
running dry if operating with
an emptied system.
