Drill the four 1/2”  
diameter holes on the 
drill guide. The two 
top holes and the  
bottom hole are lock 
mounting holes for 
thru-bolt mounting. 
The center 1/2” hole 
is for the t-turn. Drill 
half way from both 
sides of the door.  

The center 1” diameter 
guide bushing is for 
the drive spindle. A 
hole saw shown at left 
can be used on both 
wood or steel doors, 
dill half way to the 
mortise pocket from 
both sides of door.
