[4]-4 Inlet cap, One touch joint H22PM
DISASSEMBLING
Remove Cap 9.
Inlet cap and One touch joint H22PM are removed in the order of Figs. 16 to 21.
Remove Exhaust cover by unscrewing
M4x12 Hex socket Head bolt.
And take out Filter A and Filter B.
Remove Inlet cap by unscrewing
M4x16 Hex socket Head bolt.
Pipe (for exhaust) comes into
your sight.

Pull off Pipe Hook Pipe with Retaining ring
pliers for Shaft or 1R003 and pull it off.

Inlet cap
(1) Applying “Lock Tight 242” or “Three bond 1321/1342” to the threaded portion of One Touch Joint H22PM,
assemble it to Inlet cap by turning counterclockwise. Refer to Figs. 20 and 21.
(2) Do the reverse step of Disassembly. Refer to Figs. 17, 16, 15 and 14.
It is very difficult to remove One
touch joint H22PM because of
adhesive applied on the threaded
portion.
Therefore, heat One touch
joint H22PM with gas burner.
One touch joint H22PM
One Touch Joint H22PM
can be removed by
turning clockwise.
Note: One Touch Joint
H22PM has a
left-handed thread.

Clamping the hex portion of One touch joint
H22PM with vise, turn the machine clockwise.
One touch joint can be removed.
If it is difficult to remove Ont touch joint,
take the disassembling step in the order of
Figs. 17, 18, 20 and 21.
