STOPPING
1) Release the throttle lever (2) fully, and when the engine speed has lowered, set
the I-O switch (1) to STOP the engine will now stop.
2) Be aware that the cutting head may not stop immediately and allow it to slow
down fully.
ADJUSTMENT OF LOW-SPEED ROTATION (IDLING)
When it is necessary to adjust the low-speed rotation (idling), perform it by the
carburetor adjusting screw (1).
CHECKUP OF LOW-SPEED ROTATION
- Set the low-speed rotation to 3,000 rpm (/min).
If it is necessary to change the rotation speed, regulate the adjusting screw (1)
with Phillips screwdriver.
- Turn the adjusting screw to the right, and the engine speed will increase. Turn the
adjusting screw to the left, and the engine speed will drop.
- The carburetor is generally adjusted before shipment. If it is necessary to readjust
it, please contact Authorized Service Center.
