1) Do the reverse Step of Disassembling..
1) Disassemble
Motor section as per Illustrations from Fig. 34 to Fig. 37.
2) Disassemble Gear housing complete from Crank housing complete. (Fig. 38)
3) Remove Torque limiter section together with Change plate from Gear housing complete. (Fig. 39)
4) Remove Ball bearing 6904LLU and 608DDW. Now Cup washer 8, Conical compression spring 19-2 and Driving
flange are removed from Torque limiter complete. (Fig. 40)
Note: Do not forget to assemble Baffle plate. (Refer to left Fig. 37.)
