T o t u r n o n t h e t o o l , p r e s s t h e m a i n p o w e r b u t t o n . T o t u r n
off the tool, press and hold the main power button until
the main power lamp goes off.

NOTE:
The tool will automatically turned off if it is left
w i t h o u t a n y o p e r a t i o n s f o r a c e r t a i n p e r i o d o f t i m e .
Sw itch action
WARNING:
For your safety, this tool is
e uipped with lock-off lever which prevents the
tool from unintended starting. NEVER use the tool
if it runs w hen you simply pull the sw itch trigger
without pressing the lock-off lever. Return the
tool to our authoriz ed service center for proper
repairs BEFORE further usage.
WARNING:
NEVER tape dow n or defeat pur-
pose and function of lock-off lever.
CAUTION:
Before installing the battery car-
tridge into the tool, alw ays check to see that the
sw itch trigger actuates properly and returns to
the " OFF" position w hen released.

CAUTION:
Never put your finger on the main
pow er button and sw itch trigger w hen carrying
the tool.

NOTICE:
Do not pull the sw itch trigger hard w ith-
out pressing the lock-off lever. This can cause
sw itch breakage.
T o p r e v e n t t h e s w i t c h t r i g g e r f r o m b e i n g a c c i d e n t a l l y
pulled, a lock-off lever is provided. To start the tool,
depress the lock-off lever and pull the switch trigger.

Speed adjusting
You can adjust the tool speed using the adjusting lever.
To adjust the tool speed, move the lever while depress
-
ing the lock-off lever and pulling the switch trigger.
T o i n c r e a s e t h e s p e e d , m o v e t h e l e v e r d o w n w a r d . T o
d e c r e a s e t h e s p e e d , m o v e t h e l e v e r u p w a r d . W h e n t h e
adjusting lever is in the uppermost position, the tool
s t o p s .

Reverse button for debris removal
WARNING:
Switch off the tool and remove
the battery cartridge before you remove entan-
gled w eeds or debris w hich the reverse rotation
function can not remove.
Failure to switch off and
