The lower voltage (batteries=1.5 V, rechargeable batteries=1.2 V) and the lower capacity of rechargeable bat-
teries can lead to a decrease in the operating time and may also affect the range.
Always change the entire set of batteries or rechargeable batteries and not just individual cells. Always use
batteries or rechargeable batteries of the same type and manufacturer.
Do not mix batteries of different charge condition. The weaker batteries or rechargeable batteries with lower
capacity could get discharged and leak.
Observe correct polarity when inserting batteries or rechargeable batteries in the battery holder. In case of
inversion, not only your model but also the rechargeable battery will be damaged. Batteries/rechargeable bat-
teries must never be short-circuited,damaged, taken apart or thrown into fire.
There is a danger of fire and explosion!
If the device is not used for a longer period of time, take out the batteries/rechargeable batteries inserted in
the remote control and in the model to avoid damage from leaking/discharged batteries/rechargeable batte-
ries..
