This luminaire is equipped with two different light sources; T5 fluorescent tubes 2x28W
for main light and 4W LED for orientation light. The sensor is designed to shift between
two different loads. As soon as movement is detected, the fluorescent tubes are lit and
the LED light turns off. When there is no motion in the detection area, the fluorescent
tubes turns off and the LED light turns on.
ALTERNATING CONTROL
The sensor automatically switches on the main light when some-
one steps into the room. The fluorescent tubes are lit. The LED
light goes off after 8 seconds. It takes about 1-2 seconds for the
fluorescent tubes to light up, which is why there is an 8 second
delay of the LED light. Without this delay, there would be a dark
period of 1-2 seconds, after the LED has switched off.
After the person has left the detection area, the fluorescent tubes
will go off after the preset hold time.
