Align the dowels in the ends
of the side rails (

metal studs in the bottom
rails (

) with the relevant

holes and slot them together.
Ensure that the metal studs
in the the bottom rails slot
into the holes in the small
barrel nuts.

Tighten the bolt in the four
small barrel nuts using a
cross-head screwdriver to
fasten the side rails to the
bottom rail, 

see diagram

Slot the twenty four side
slats (

bottom rails (

Note

: When the cot is fully

constructed the detail on the
side slats will face towards
the inside of the cot.
