Select one of the cot sides and
position it between the cot
ends with the detail on the
side slats facing towards the
outside of the cot. Insert two
barrel nuts (

) into the holes
in the underside of the top rail
(

). Ensure the slot in the
barrel nut heads face the
connecting holes.
Fasten the side in position by
inserting two assembly bolts
(
H
) in the top holes of the cot
ends. Tighten them into the
large barrel nuts using a flat-
head screwdriver.
Note
: You may need to rotate
the large barrel nuts to align
the hole with the bolt.

Insert eight blanking nuts (

into the holes in the inside of
the head end (

Ensure that the heads of the
blanking nuts are fully
inserted into the holes in the
legs of the cot ends.
Insert eight blanking nut
bolts (

) into the holes in the
outside of the cot ends and
screw them into the blanking
nuts using a flat-head
screwdriver.
