The materials for stuffing box, fire protection mastic, lining and insulation materials can
be replaced by another approved fire sealing system with equivalent properties.
The maximum distance of the fire damper from the structure is not limited and
according to EN 15882-2, the required number of suspensions acc. to EN 1366-1:2014
must be used.
